The Casa Rossa farm was born out of a desire.

My name is Giusy and I grew up in Menfi, Sicily, in a land of farmers, like my father.
When I moved to Rome, I met and married Jan, a Roman artist who was in love with beauty. After the birth of our first daughter, we had the desire to somehow return to Sicily and plant roots there as well.
Thus was born CASA ROSSA, a ruin that we transformed over time into our agricultural residence, surrounded by olive trees-some centuries old, planted there for generations-that ignited the spark of a dream.
Our desire is to recount the excellence of this land through our gaze; users of the beauty that surrounds us, constantly inspired by love.

Our oil
Our extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a harmonious balance between the different local varieties: the Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola. The fusion of the three varieties presents a rich flavor profile, with fruity and slightly spicy notes, and an almond aftertaste. It is produced in a unique landscape setting, where the Mediterranean climate and fertile soil contribute to an oil of the highest quality.
