PROCESSING METHOD

Our superior category extra virgin olive oil is obtained solely by mechanical processes and cold-extracted, to preserve all the organoleptic qualities. Produced and packaged entirely in Sicily, it is certified IGP Sicilia by the protection consortium, guaranteeing the authenticity and excellence of 100% made in Italy.

NUTRITIONAL VALUES

Our Sicilian PGI extra virgin olive oil is a food rich in energy, with 822 Kcal per 100g. It contains healthy fats (91.3g), including monounsaturated (63.5g) and polyunsaturated (13.3g), which promote cardiovascular health. It is free of carbohydrates, sugars, proteins, dietary fiber and salt, and is a precious source of vitamin E (20mg), a powerful natural antioxidant.
